RideFinder LLC in Sheridan, Wyoming (“RideFinder,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is a technology platform that connects riders and drivers for transportation, hauling, and related services. RideFinder is not a transportation carrier, motor carrier, broker, dispatcher, or logistics company. We do not provide transportation services and do not operate vehicles.

2. Independent Drivers

Drivers who use the Platform are independent providers. They are not employees, agents, representatives, or partners of RideFinder. Drivers are solely responsible for:

  • maintaining valid licenses, registrations, and permits
  • carrying appropriate insurance
  • ensuring their vehicles are safe and legal
  • complying with all applicable laws and regulations

RideFinder LLC does not supervise, control, or manage drivers’ operations, schedules, or decisions.

3. No Vehicle Inspection or Verification

RideFinder does not inspect, verify, or guarantee the condition, safety, legality, or suitability of any vehicle used by drivers. Any information displayed about a driver’s vehicle is provided by the driver and is not independently verified by RideFinder.

4. No Guarantee of Service

RideFinder does not guarantee that:

  • a rider will find a driver
  • a driver will find suitable jobs
  • any posted ride or hauling job will be accepted
  • any accepted job will be completed
  • any driver or rider will arrive on time

All matches are subject to availability, driver discretion, and operational conditions.

5. User Responsibility

Riders and drivers are responsible for their own decisions, actions, and interactions. RideFinder does not guarantee the accuracy of information posted by users, including ride details, vehicle capabilities, or user profiles.

6. No Professional Advice

RideFinder does not provide legal, financial, safety, or professional advice. Any information provided on the Platform is for general informational purposes only.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RideFinder is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

  • accidents, injuries, or property damage
  • delays, cancellations, or incomplete jobs
  • actions or omissions of riders, drivers, or third parties
  • losses resulting from reliance on information provided by users
